Privacy & Cookies

The data used for site delivery, cookieless first-party measurement, local preferences, game embeds, and email contact.

This notice describes the current Alphabet Lore Game build. It separates the surrounding website from locally preserved game packages and externally hosted game frames. Questions can be sent to server@alphabet-loregame.com. Effective and last updated: 10 October 2026.

Data used to deliver and protect the site

The web server and delivery infrastructure may process the requested URL, date and time, network address, user agent, response status, and referrer for delivery, security, abuse prevention, and fault diagnosis. Exact retention depends on the production hosting configuration; we do not claim a fixed legal period that has not been confirmed.

Always-active first-party base measurement

On public production pages, a limited event is sent to the first-party /collect/ path. Its approved browser payload contains browser language, local date and time, time zone, and available referring page. It does not set a measurement cookie. This base event is independent of the preference panel and is sent if the visitor accepts, rejects, dismisses, or never uses that panel. Localhost and 127.0.0.1 development traffic are excluded. The production server must route this path to the shared persistent collector; a local no-op response is only a development safeguard.

Preferences and favorites

The banner choice and favorite-game slugs are stored in the browser’s local storage. They remain on that device until removed by the visitor or browser. Necessary-only selection does not disable the first-party base event described above. This build contains no real AdSense publisher identifier and does not activate optional behavioral-advertising or personalization scripts.

Games and external providers

Locally served game packages may contain historical third-party code and media. Externally framed games cause the browser to contact another domain, which can receive technical request data and apply its own privacy, cookie, advertising, and storage practices. We label the play source and recommend previewing a game before giving control to a child. Do not enter personal information into an unexpected in-game prompt.

Email contact

If you email us, the sender address, message, headers, attachments, and related correspondence are processed to evaluate and answer the request. Do not send passwords, payment information, identity documents, or unnecessary data about children. Messages are retained only as operationally required for the request, security, and applicable obligations; no unverified exact retention promise is made.

Advertising and future changes

The interface reserves no misleading “download” advertisements and this release does not ship placeholder advertising IDs. If advertising, a consent platform, or optional third-party analytics is activated, the live inventory, disclosure, choices, and applicable regional requirements must be updated before activation. See the advertising disclosure.

Your choices and requests

You can clear local storage through browser controls and can ask about contact information associated with a message by writing to server@alphabet-loregame.com. We may request minimal verification. Internet transmission cannot be guaranteed completely secure, so minimize the data you provide.
