What to include

For a game problem, include the exact page URL, device type, browser and version, approximate time, what appeared in the player, and the first troubleshooting step that failed. A screenshot is helpful only when it contains no personal information. For a correction, quote the sentence, explain the issue, and provide a primary or authoritative source where possible.

Rights and removal requests

A copyright or trademark request should identify the protected work, the exact URL and material at issue, the claimant’s relationship to the work, a reliable contact route, and the action requested. Use the fuller copyright and takedown procedure; do not send identity documents unless later required through an appropriate verified process.

Privacy and safety

Do not send a password, payment-card number, private game-account token, precise location, school record, or sensitive information about a child. Email is not guaranteed to be confidential. We use the minimum information needed to review the request and may need to ask for a reproducible example.

Scope

We can investigate pages, files, descriptions, and links controlled by this site. We cannot reset accounts for third-party games, recover external progress, issue refunds for another service, or promise a provider’s availability. No response-time guarantee is published because monitoring arrangements have not been confirmed.
