Copyright & Takedown
How rights holders can identify material, request review, and understand the site’s removal process.
Alphabet Lore Game contains original editorial material and a preserved historical collection that can include third-party games, marks, code, audio, and images. Possession of an archived file is not presented as proof of ownership or an unrestricted licence. We review specific, well-supported rights notices and can restrict or remove material under this site’s control.
What a notice should contain
Email server@alphabet-loregame.com with the exact page and file URL, identification of the protected work or mark, the material alleged to infringe, the claimant’s relationship to the right, a reliable contact method, and the action requested. Include a clear explanation of why the use is not authorized. Do not send passwords, payment details, or unnecessary identity documents.
Review process
We check whether the URL exists, whether the material is served locally or by an external provider, whether a licence or permission record is available, and whether removal, temporary restriction, attribution correction, replacement, or referral to the external host is appropriate. A locally controlled package can be disabled while a credible claim is reviewed. For an external frame, we can remove our link or player but cannot erase files from another provider’s server.
Responses and competing claims
We may request additional information needed to identify the work or authority. Where appropriate, a contributor or source may be informed and allowed to provide provenance. We do not publish a formal statutory counter-notice process or jurisdiction-specific promise unless it is confirmed to apply to the operator.
Trademarks and non-affiliation
Brand names are used descriptively to identify games or topics. The site should not imply sponsorship or create confusion about source. Report a misleading logo, title, statement, or page design with the exact URL and explanation.
Preservation after removal
Removing public access does not require destroying a limited internal record needed to document the request, prevent accidental republication, or meet applicable obligations. Public redirects are used only when a genuinely equivalent destination exists; unrelated disputed URLs are not redirected to the home page.
